Work
- In October 2023, Webhelp joined Concentrix to become a leading customer experience (CX) player on the market. With that combination, I took over the newly-formed Marketing Operations function globally for Concentrix. I work with great marketing leaders like Brendan O’Shaugnessy, Jana Turley and a kick-ass team of people.
- I’m responsible, with my small-but-mighty team, for guiding Concentrix Marketing’s pursuit of digital transformation, performance measurement and user experience through digital marketing.
- My team manages the company’s marketing technology stack, the data it produces and the insights that data offer.
Reading
- I recently read Jason Packer’s Google Analytics Alternatives. It was a great book with lots of condensed information. I recommend it if the title catches your attention.

Hobbies
- I’ve gotten into barbeque culture quite a bit recently after buying a kamado grill.
- As a new homeowner, I’m constantly tackling projects and getting more “handy” with every passing day.
